 IndepenDANCE Community Dance Project is proud to present “IndepenDANCE: X”, the culmination of the group’s tenth season. With 24 local choreographers and over 90 dancers featured, each piece of the production is a reflection of the individuality of its participants.
The mission of IndepenDANCE is to inspire, unite, and nurture dancers and choreographers while celebrating diversity and creativity through movement. The non-profit organization provides its participants the ability to create all types of dance together and showcase their work in a variety of settings. IndepenDANCE thrives because of the community’s passion for dance and belief that the art of movement has no limits. “IndepenDANCE: X” will be held at the historic Ellen Theatre in downtown Bozeman on Saturday, Sept. 8, with showtimes at 2 and 7 pm, and will feature the talent of Steven Harris-Weiel as emcee.
