5/1 - Deadline - Choreographer invitations to dancers
5/10 - Deadline - DANCERS CONFIRM WITH CHOREOGRAPHERS
5/24 - Deadline - Choreographers turn in rosters to IndepenDANCE
6/1 – Open – DANCER REGISTRATION OPENS (Fee of $20)
6/30 – Deadline – DANCER registration CLOSES (late fee ($30) until 7/15)
7/13 - Deadline - Choreographers progress video (30%-50% of choreo)
7/15 - Deadline - FINAL DEADLINE FOR DANCER REGISTRATION (no additions after this date)
8/26 – INDY Rehearsal – STAGING REHEARSAL
8/27 & 28 (27) – INDY Rehearsal – Tech rehearsal (choreographers - slot first come/first serve)
8/28 – INDY Rehearsal – DRESS REHEARSAL (mandatory)
8/29 – SHOW – matinee 2pm (call 1pm); evening 7pm (call 6pm)
